With an extensive background in pedagogy, early childhood education, and the art of teaching and learning, Michelle is the ideal candidate to revolutionalise the future of childcare and education in Malaysia.
All our team members are rigorously trained under the Malaysia Institute of Childcare Service Organization (MICSO), an institution founded by our visionary leader, Madam Michelle Hiong, and recognized and certified by Lincoln University College. Our educarers have successfully completed the “Professional Diploma in Childcare Training and Centre Management” program. This specialized course is designed to equip teachers with advanced teaching qualities and skills.
Our educarers at Pink Tower undergo a rigorous recruitment process. From multiple interviews to comprehensive background checks and continuous training, our team is composed of individuals who are not only passionate about childcare but also committed to providing the highest quality of education and care.
